UpdateDriverForPlugAndPlayDevices and related functions.

Be aware that it will only work for Administrators.
I'm trying to find a way to make it work (emulating a
RunAs from my application) for non administrator for
weeks, and still didn't manage.
Check the DevCon sample in the ddk, option "install". But
again, only works for admin, or using runas.

If you could find a way to install driver without administrator credentials
then Windows and MS would have serious problem.
That would mean that anyone could write driver and install it in as ordinary
user, and with it could gain complete control over the system.
