Why bother?
You've just discovered for yourself why Linux has 0.6 percent of the
desktop market share even after 10+ years.

Go back to Windows, don't make excuses for Linux's ineptness and get along
with actually accomplishing some work rather than tinkering with a 3rd rate
OS.

If you boot from the Windows CD you can format the drive and start over.

Why not try Vista on your computer. Please do, and let us know ho
successful you are with it. After all, Vista is as new as Linux, it ha
cost Microsoft years of development costs, and everyone who has it ha
stayed with it

Oh yes, I forgot, you only know how to be bitter

Linux is no good, and you speak for the world
