Hi there,

Did you lose the sound after using windows update?

Which windows version?

Check under my computer, right click >Properties>Hardware>Devicemanager,
check sound video en game controllers if your sound card is there and if no
yellow warning sign is there.

Get the proper sound card driver from your mainboard / driver cd or the
manufacterers website.
