Glad you found the Zoom function.

The WinDVD decoder you have there is pretty ancient by today's standards.
You might want to try the latest NVidia decoder to see if that improves
things.

You can get rid of the Dvico software completely. All you needed was the
drivers (if you plan to do everything in MCE). The rest of the Dvico stuff
is superfluous from MCE's POV (though I will admit that the Dvico software
is good insofar as the signal strength indicator it gives when it is tuned
into each channel... good for antenna aiming exercises, otherwise, it sucks
at everything else).
