I've only seen it once (and on 8.1). Sadly without repro steps, there isn't much that can be
done.

Found that bug (it seems to appear randomly):

I never saw it before but it seems realy ramdom.
I was signed in in messenger for hours without problems. Then I opened the
messenger window and...this.
Well it was fixed with a relogin. So it's a minor problem.
Anyways it would be interesting to know what causes the problem.
