By the way I did a search with your error code in this thread.
Please try:
- Stopping the Automatic Updates service
- Deleting the %WINDIR%\SoftwareDistribution folder
- Starting the Automatic Updates service
You'll eventually get re-prompted to download / install the update again and
the install should then succeed.
