Probably need an updated driver. Go to the maker's website and download the
latest Vista drivers for the web cam. If they still don't install, it might
be time for a call to Trust and have them sort it out.

This error can come from using a Registry Cleaning tool. It causes the Upper and
Lower filters issue hence the Error 19

Do NOT use any registry cleaning or any registry fixing tools. It does nothing to
speed up your system or does not give you any more space on your drive. It is a
misconception and it is a Snake Oil remedy (All of them )

Thanks group
I don't know who specifically suggested the Microsoft Support link
below ---------- I had doubts feeling it was for a wrong fix.
I can only say the camera was us before but functional after the running of
the enclosed program
Coincidence -- for better minds than me
But thanks

I acquired a new PC with Vista last October and got my first Error 19 - re.
the DVD/CD drive earlier this year. I know less about PCs than I do about
the internal combustion engine, and was about to go for the nuclear option of
reloading the whole stupid system when I came across a group discussion which
included a download fix. I took the risk of downloading it, and less that 2
mins later had my old system back - wonderful! I guess all it did was delete
the corrupted registry entries - but why hasn't MS provided an equally simple
solution?

I ask with feeling because I've now got my second Error 19 pain. This time
it can't see the camera I've downloaded from regularly for the past six
months. Will the same solution work this time, and does anyone out there
know where I can find it again?
