And What is the solution to update successfully when I recieved this error

Hi:

I have found the following: " Please check that all your running firewall
and Anti-Virus software should be temporarily disabled. If the issue
disappeared once after you disable the firewall and Anti-Virus software, it
means that it is these software that causes the issue, please contact with
the vendor of them to obtain the fix."

Do you have any software or AV installed? Can you stop them?.
