Yes, I have the same problem. Additionally I am now unable to get any
further updates from windows. It has something to do with the recent
updates.

Someone has suggested the following, although it didn't work for me:

1. Click Start.
2. Choose Run.
3. In the Run box, type: regsvr32 MSXML3.DLL

The only other solution is to use the Restore facility and backdate your
computer to before you downloaded the recent updates. Don't not download any
further updates until a solution has been found.

Any other suggestions welcome!!!!
