If you still have the following WL installation logs, can you sent them to
me?

The logs I need are located at:

For XPSP2 :
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application
Data\WindowsLiveInstaller\logs
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application
Data\WindowsLiveInstaller\MsiLogs
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\WLInstaller

For Vista:
C:\programdata\WindowsLiveInstaller\logs
C:\programdata\WindowsLiveInstaller\\MsiLogs
C:\programdata\ WLInstaller
