INTERNET_7 usually indicates DNS problems, or it can't find the server
(ie it can't resolve the name to an IP address). Can you try running
an anti-spyware program on your laptop (like Microsoft AntiSpyware,
which is a free download from Microsoft) to see if the problem is
spyware-related?
