To correct this proplem (Office Source Engine) error 25090.

Resolution:

1. Right click on My Computer
2. Select Manager
3. Click on Services and Applications
4. Select Services
5. Find Office Source Engine and enable the Service

and later repair your Microsoft Office 2003 insert original CD.
