You have hardware failure with components other than the hard drive. Contact
Toshiba tech support for repair/replacement. The only other component aside
from the hard drive that is replaceable by the end user is the RAM. You can
test it, but from your description of the issue I doubt that bad RAM is the
cause. It is probably some component on the motherboard, the video, power,
the motherboard itself, etc.
