http://www.processlibrary.com/directory/files/dll32/ as this is likely
an indication that your antivirus software did half the job. It removed the
malicious file (dll32.exe is not a system file, it's part of the virus), but
did not remove the reference that tries to load it at system startup. A tool
like autoruns (
http://www.processlibrary.com/directory/files/dll32/) can be
used to locate this reference and permanently remove it.
