RE: Excel 2003 Error Code - 0x57E - KB925257

I've attempted to load the patch about 7-8 times and it fails everytime.

What I also noticed is after attempting to install the patch, when I launch
Excel 2003 it resinstalls. So it appears the patch is remove Excell before
patching and when the patch fails it isn't available until it is reinstalled.
