If you're using blacklists, you may want to look at Vamsoft's Open
Relay Filter (http://www.vamsoft.com/orf/). It's inexpensive, and
gives you much more granular control (including logging) of your
filtering.

Using it in conjuction with Trend CSM has pretty much eliminated any
spam.
