Hi,

0x80010108 is an error that means that the RPC service was disconnected.
Make sure that you have no firewall running (or a firewall running with
access to HTTP and HTTPS).

0x800A01AE is an error that indicates that a reboot may be required. Can you
try a reboot and then try again?

At what point are you getting this error message?
Another thing to try is to reinstall the WU ActiveX controls...

That is effectively reinstalling the WU Controls, part of what I suggested
:-)

Thanks for letting me know though!
