First up, to view your site on blogspot you need to

Tools>Compatibility View Settings - check "Include updated website lists
from Microsoft"

(because blogspot, like facebook is a social networking site, that contain
mixed content which can cause problems with IE8).

You should then be able to get to your blog.

That error message is pointing to your "Pro Counter Service" provided by
bravenet.com.

You need to either

go to www.bravenet.com, sign in and renew you service agreement with them

or

Remove the "Pro Counter Service" from your blog. The counter service is
causing problems with IE8 because IE8 is more secure than any other browser.
When you use content from third-parties, they can track who is visiting your
blog or inject unwanted content into your pages. Remember there is no such
thing as a free lunch on the internet.
