You can download it from the Catalog and save to be installed later.

WINUP-Third-Party Products That Conflict with Windows
Update

There could be a number of reasons why the download
failed, Firewall settings, anti virus, AOL etc.

I suggested the catalog as an alternative to get the
update that you wanted so you could manually install it.

I don't know what error code 80200010 represents.

Thanks again kaylene. I'm curious about how AOL would conflict with
Microsoft downloads. Interesting.

Might you or someone else in the Microsoft community be able to decipher
that code? Is there a quick-look resource list for all relevant codes?
Somebody has to know.

BTW, the link in your reply did not work...said the page was unavailable.
Would you kindly repost? Thanks!

The link had wrapped to 2 lines, you will need to put the
two lines together, I'm posting from another computer at
the moment and not using OE.

Maybe someone from MS could decipher the code - I
couldn't find it on google that related to your problem.

Perhaps post a new thread asking for someone to decipher
the code meaning - you might get lucky.

Unfortunately I know of no quick reference guide, it
would be good if we had one.
