The exact same thing happened to me when I upgraded from SP2 RC2. I tried
reinstalling with the sp2 complete download and I get an "access denied"
error half way through the install.
Good thing is that I reboot and I seem to be ok. I'm glad to see that I'm
not the only one that got this error. Now hopefully someone can come up with
some kind of answer.
