Hi,
Do you have a software firewall installed? It can prevent you from
synchronizing files.

I have the same problem. Under sync options there are only entries for
inbox, calander and contacts. I also have a new smartphone (Audiovox) and

Hi,
Microsoft does NOT support the ability to sync files with the Smartphone.
However the Pocket PC does support file synchronization.
