Greetings Kev,
Have you rebooted since you went to that page? If not, it's required to see the change in
Messenger.
If you've done that, visit Add or Remove Programs (or Program and Features in Vista) in the
Control Panel, find the Adobe Flash (or similar) entry, choose it and choose
Uninstall/Change. After this is complete, reboot, then sign back into Messenger and try and
send someone a wink.
You'll be prompted again to install Flash, click the Install button and the page with the
kiss animation should download and install the correct version. You'll then have to reboot
again and it should all work.
