go here http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/alternates/

and download the UNINSTALLER,
run it.. and then do a restart of the PC

then download the INSTALLER on that same page
http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/alternates/

and install it again..

it will work this time
