When your CPU is very busy, you could check with Process Explorer
'Process Explorer
(http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/s.../bb896653.aspx) ) what'
going on. If you click on "CPU" above, all the CPU intensive processe
will come up on top. When you hover over a process, you get more info
When you right click on a process and go to Properties, you get eve
more information
But sometimes the CPU can be busy because it is doing some housekeepin
work - e.g. writing a restore point. Especially a more modest CPU can b
easily kept busy by the system for a couple of moments
