I'm also having the same problem. We have 4 i-mate JAMin's here that can't
actually see that the email has an attachment. i-mate support is rubbish. all
they recommended doing is restarting the device.

anyone else experienced this and found a solution?

here's the answer

you need to add X-MS-ENUMATTS to the allowed verbs in
WinDir\System32\Inetsrv\Urlscan\urlscan.ini

http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=823175
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/pro...ctsyncfaq.mspx

Hello,

I have the same problem.
I have a FE / BE, I install the urlscan in my FE, added the X-MS-ENUMATTS
to the allowed verbs. But still no attachments.

I'm searching for a solution about 2 weeks....

Thanks
