I had the same failure when trying to create backup disc. I found an obscure
reference to the processor. Intel. If you will search for your processor and
open the files you should find an update software link. Apparently this
doesnt download for your approval for installation on its own. I have
updated my processor and have no futher problems creating my backup disc's.
