For the conflict between windows update and Panda anti-virus Titanium 2005
the hotfix is: hfT50504s8.exe
and you can find it here:
http://www.pandasoftware.com/support...ma=2&pagina=16


For Panda Platinum 2005, and you get 0x80200010 , go to:
http://www.pandasoftware.com/support...oma=2&pagina=3


Otherwise you'll need to contact Panda.

Yes...I have Panda Anti Virus installed...is this the cause ???? I tried
disabling it as well but that did not help

Thanks...disregard my previous post...I just read this thread and will try
the hotfix discribed on the Panda site...Will update later and let you know
