No... actually... that's not the option for Everyday.

The values for ScheduledInstallDay are:
0 - EveryDay
1 - Sunday
2 - Monday
3 - Tuesday
4 - Wednesday
5 - Thursday
6 - Friday
7 - Saturday

so, you're registry is scheduled for WEDNESDAY, and it would appear your
policy is not being properly applied if it really does say Everyday.
