This depends on how you configured redirection. Can you provide a step by step in how you did it, including settings in the GPO? Also provide how they were redirected (by groups or individual), and if you redirected them into a common folder or into their home folders, etc.
Also an ipconfig /all of a sample workstation and from your DC would be helpful to eliminate any DNS or other mis-configs.
Check the event logs on both the DCs and the workstation. If there are any errors, post the EVentID# and Source names, please.
