You should contact support for the software for assistance with this problem
with their program.

Without the details of the blue screen error, any answer you get would be a
guess. Error messages, BCCodes, parameters, etc. all have meaning. Please
provide details so that someone may provide assistance.
Quite often with System Restore, once corrupted you need to stop and restart
the service to create fresh points. Old ones are lost and cannot be
recovered. First, however, you want to address the stop error as that is not
a normal occurence.
