The lines across the top of the screen is an issue with your monitor which is
telling you that it is going to leave you shortly
As far as the error message goes all I can tell you it is not the complete error
message as you posted. It should read something as follows
Application Error
The memory could not be written at 0x0370d940 at address 0x934830202
It should read something similar as above. Please post the COMPLETE error message
with the header included. Otherwise the crystal ball here does not work
