I have the same problem. Mine started the third of july. Some M$ update probably. If it hoses my server I will be extremely agitated as it is the main server for the company I work for. Haven't found any mention of it except for here. Nor have I found any solutions or settings to change the interval. It is affecting my AD database, FRS, DFS, And my Exchange. My whole network is spending all its resources repeatedly defragging every database on my network. I get about ten events an hour. I couldn't find an actual error in my logs if I tried. Any help would be appreciated.
