Re: HP Laserjet 1022 - won't do what I want in Vista

You are using a stripped down driver for Vista. HP may have a more fully
featured driver for download. Or, Hp/MS has elected to just provide a
stripped down driver, hoping that you will buy a new printer.

Thank you for your reply, Chuck. I actually discovered what was wrong,
it was a setting in Photoshop!

But I will check the HP drivers, too, and see if I need to get the
latest.

It might have helped if you had identified the application you were using!
Many of the printer drivers have options to position output on a printed
page, and some of the stripped down versions do not have this option..
My assumption was that the problem was in the printer driver,not an
application, since you did not identify an application.
