Assuming you're thinking global-wise, like how an IRC server will say "user has been idle for
x seconds", then the answer is, you don't.
If you mean how much time has gone past since they talked to you specifically, Messenger Plus
Live can provide that information but it's not getting it from the server, it's just keeping
track of it in your client itself.
