First, try IE in no add-ons mode to see if you have an add-on that is
causing your problem. It's at Start / All Programs / Accessories / System
Tools / Internet Explorer (No Add-ons). If the links work in this mode,
then you could disable your add-ons, one at a time, to see which is causing
the problem, or you could reset IE. Resetting it will disable all add-ons,
and put all settings at default.
