Right Click on your Desktop anywhere that isn't an icon.

Select Properties, then choose the Appearance Tab, and set the option in the
Windows and Buttoons drop down to Windows XP.

Then go back and set the option to Windows Classic style, if you prefer that
style over the XP Style.
