run the command line tool

\windows\system32\spool\tools\printbrm.exe


When does the failure occur? I am assuming the print$ share is already
available at \\clusteredspoolerresourcename\print$

Also no printer using any port other than Standard TCP/IP will be migrated,
but you will get an event generated as well as error 1796 Unknown Port from
the command line tool.
