How to re-install Netmeeting in XP

After I run "conf.exe" in Windows XP, the Netmeeting does not show up. The
Task Manager shows that conf.exe consumes 50% CPU.

Could any body advise me how to re-install the Netmeeting in XP?

Please note that I have downloaded the Netmeeting 3.0 and attempted to
install it in the XP. However, the Netmeeting 3.0 installer prompted that the
Netmeeting could not be installed in the Windows XP.
