Have you checked the MD5/SHA1 of your downloaded ISO against the information
provided on the download page? If not, you should. If your ISO checks out,
try a new burn at the slowest available speed of your DVD burner (1x or 2x
recommended).
If you don't have a utility to check MD5/SHA 1, here's one I've found
