Re: Installed device BEFORE ActiveSync!!

Hi,
Plug in the Pocket PC, open the Device Manager (Start - Settings - Control
Panel - System - Hardware). Then find the unknown usb device or the Pocket
PC and delete it. Take the Pocket PC out of the cradle, reboot and
reinstall ActiveSync. Then try and sync.

Hi,
You can try the steps listed at http://www.cewindows.net/wce/30/usbfix.htm

This fixed a similar problem with older iPAQs.
