Do you use a Dialup Modem to connect?

Do you have your system to show the Dialup Connection window when connecting
to the internet?

If so, has the connection dropped out, or do you have Auto Disconnect on
idle after # minutes?

When the message appears, try bringing up separate session of IE and see if
it goes through connecting to the internet. If so, then your connection
dropped out in the middle of the download.

Prevously, you could order the SP4 CD from Microsoft. Check to see if that
is still an option.
If not, check you Internet Settings as far as Auto Connect and Auto
Disconnect.

Do you have an ISP provider? Are you going through a Proxy Server?
