What is your "internet explorer button"? Right-click whatever it is and see
what else you can do with it?

That's a crash in Windows, not IE. Are you sure that they are related somehow?

You haven't disclosed any information about your OS but judging by the format
of the crash report I'm guessing that the OS is a version of Vista.

In any case to avoid any problem with home page and add-ons
see if you can Run... (e.g. press Win-R and enter

iexplore.exe -nohome -extoff

If that opens an IE browser window you will have to click on the Stop button
in order to do anything with it. Tell us if that changes your symptoms.

Find out what this means. It looks third-partyish to me
but I have noticed that Vista has been getting creative with
providing pseudo module names in this field so perhaps
there really is a normal Control Panel applet called
VersionCueCS3 and the crash is just occurring
for some reason while it is not loaded?

Running ProcMon might be a way of finding out if the module
is ever loaded or if it can't be found, etc.

Good luck
