Hello Jack,

You will need to install ActiveSync 3.7.1. Its available here --

The screen for step 9 is slightly different in version 3.7.1 when compared
with the text in Step 9 (this seems to be of an older version of
ActiveSync). Beyond that just follow the prompts and ensure you have the
relevant Exchange Server information from your Administrator like:

- The Exchange Server name
- The Exchange User Name and Password
- Domain

I don't think you need there are any additional steps to deal with Exchange
2003. Beyond that the setup will be the same as provided on the Microsoft
Web site.
