Hi Ed,

Todd has covered all of the questions you asked. I thought I will add a bit
more to your 1st question about multiple Outlook profiles.

You will get the error message when another Outlook profile is already
opened instead of the one with which the device was partnered. When you
encounter this message, you will need to disconnect the device first and
then shut Outlook. The best way to avoid this would be close Outlook (if
another profile is open) and then connect the device to ensure you don't
receive the error.
