KB835221 is a Hotfix, not an update, requires WinXP SP1, so it wouldn't
install anyway.

The replacement Hotfix KB888111 requires WinXP SP1 or SP2 so it wouldn't
install either.

TIP: Get your driver updates from the computer or device manufacturer's
website, not Windows Update.
