Suggest you check the version of MDAC installed on the systems as it
appears that the file being targeted is a higher version than the
patch being offered to you.
odbcbcp.dll version:[2000.81.9042.0] Your system file
.....................[2000.81.9041.40] The patch's file
Try installing MDAC v.2.8 :
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...DisplayLang=en
to see if this resolves the issue.
