First of all, if you run a 32bit OS, install x86 updates, if you run a
64bit OS, install x64 updates. It has nothing to do with your CPU.
As for this update, you have to install Net Framework 2 from
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...DisplayLang=en
before installing any updates.
