There are three security access levels for a WSUS Server.

- WSUS Administrators (Full Access)
- WSUS Reporters (Read Only)
- No Access.

They're implemented as two local groups on the WSUS server.

Create a domain security group, add the domain security group to the WSUS
server group, and add the domain accounts to the domain security group.
