Greetings,

I'm not exactly clear based on this and your previous post what you're trying to do. If you
leave it maximized before you close it -- it will retain that the next time it starts. If
you make a shortcut that says to run it maximized -- it will.

Hi Paul,

I see. If you didn't use polygamy, Messenger would come up as you desire. I suggest just
turning off polygamy (assuming you're using Messenger Plus to do it). If it's only an
occasional thing, then you can just switch it back on when you require it.

Hi,

WLM9 does not have this feature (at present anyway). However, to answer your other question,
it operates on the same network and your contacts are the same. So yes.

Hello Jonathan!

I quess i have same problem like Paul described before. Its really really
really (!!!) annoying how windows act in XP SP2 (especially IE, WLM).

I try to describe the problem.

I use autorun WLM and auto signing in. (so i dont use usually manual
shortcuts to run it). At first when u install it it works just fine. If u
start convesation new message window will open in maximised size. But! If u
accidentally (lol) use other size in conversation and then closing the window
ur doomed. Its quite impossible (i tryed like 1000 different way - closing
program in different way, closing window in diferent way, if it works with
onecontact for one time it dosnt work next time, or it dosnt work with other
contact!??! so on so on... but it just never works. when it sometimes just
appear to be normalized again by himself???). So there is no way (???) to
roll back the maximise open window. Its really really annoying. I usually by
the long time can get it normilised again when i just like 1000 times open
window in wrong size and ALWAY maximising it manually. Then at the end (like
in two months LOL! it gets back to normal!? It's really realy mystery how it
woks i never got it and these times when i looked even answer in internet
never found a comment about it. This post here is first time and i really
hope i can find answer here! And i really dont want to install soome
exctraprogranms just for getting windows opened normally again???

It bothered me years!!!

Wbrg,
OK
