Joe;
Reseat the monitor cable at both ends, also check and make sure all
pins are OK.
Try monitor on another computer to verify it is not a monitor issue.
Go to NVIDIA's website and get the latest drivers for your video card.
Also in the future if Windows Update suggests you install the driver,
instead get it directly from the manufacturers website.
